Cancellation Policy

Upon registration a deposit of $350 is required. The final payment is due 60 days before departure. Reservations made within 60 days of departure will be confirmed with full payment.

Cancellations received 61 days or more prior to departure will be refunded all monies less a $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations between 60 days and 31 days prior to departure will be refunded 50% of the trip cost already paid. No refunds can be given for cancellations made 30 days or less before departure.

Should Earth Medicine Explorations cancel the trip once it has been booked with a deposit or the trip has been paid in full, Earth Medicine Explorations will refund all monies to the registered participant.
